Duration: 6 months from your start date

Choose your level and complete the required number of reading tasks that relate to each film.

Levels

Level 3 - Three tasks per film (27 books)

If the film is based on a book, you may read the book in place of any one of the tasks for that film. Films based on a book are marked with a *

1. Read a book tagged historical fiction.
2. Read a book set in France
3. Read a book where a character has been in prison

Life of Pi*

1. Read a book with a wild animal essential to the plot
2. Read a book that takes place in part on a boat 
3. Read a book with a big storm

Lincoln*

1. Read a book set around the Civil War
2. Read a book that involves a real historical figure (fiction or non-fiction)
3. Read a book with a character who is leader of their country (King, President etc)

Silver Linings Playbook*

Read a book with a character who has a mental illness
Read a book with a character who is a die hard football fan
Read a book with a silver cover

Zero Dark Thirty

Read a book with the word "Dark" in the title (in order)
Read a book with a character in the military
Read a book where there is a search for someone


RULES

*For each book that you read please post a link to the book, the author and the date you finished it.
*Each book may only be used for one task 
*To count a book towards a challenge you must read the majority of it after the start date of the challenge.
* Where more than one option is given for a task, please state which option your book relates to.
*Please explain briefly how your book fits a task.
*If the task relates to the cover of your book, please post the cover AND the book link.
*All genres and formats are fine.
*Re-reads are allowed.
*No page minimum.

*Please update your original post as you go but also post an occasional message to let us know how you're getting on, if you would like to.

*When you have finished please re-post your whole challenge as a new message or you will not be considered to have completed the challenge and we will not be able to award your Hall of Fame badge 

(Even if you don't hit the level you were aiming for by the deadline, please re-post your challenge anyway as you may still be eligible for a lower level badge.)
